02 / SALE INCLUSIONS
The business
you take on.
The owner’s sale proposal includes the salon’s fit-out, operating assets and established identity:
- Salon furniture and fit-out: styling chairs, wash basins, reception desk, waiting chairs, trolleys and cabinetry.
- Professional equipment: wall dryers, hairdryers, straighteners, clippers and other styling tools.
- Beauty-room equipment: massage bed, waxing equipment, foot spa and manicure table.
- Technology: computer, printer and POS hardware, with a handover of the operating systems.
- Brand and goodwill: the business name, website, social accounts, salon phone number and client database.
- Owner support: eight weeks of Robbie’s handover after settlement, including client and supplier introductions and training on the salon’s systems.
An itemised sale schedule records the assets and transfer arrangements. Retail and professional stock and any applicable taxes are addressed separately in the sale terms.
03 / ROBBIE’S HANDOVER
Robbie will be there
as you settle in.
Robbie will stay for eight weeks after settlement: four weeks full-time, followed by four weeks part-time. She will introduce you to clients and suppliers, walk you through the booking and business systems, and explain the salon’s day-to-day routines.
The aim is to give you practical support while you get to know the business and its clients. The working hours and arrangements will be recorded in the sale agreement.
Current staffing and each person’s proposed role are discussed separately with Robbie.
04 / THE PREMISES
A Lamont Street
base.
Natural light, timber floors and a central address give the salon its character. An inspection is the opportunity to see how the space could work for you.
Lease update
The lease has been extended, and a written guarantee provides for relocation if the lease is cancelled.
Ask to review the lease extension and guarantee, including their duration, conditions and how they would apply to a buyer.
Current rent, outgoings, options and assignment arrangements are matters for the sale discussion and document review.
05 / BUSINESS RECORDS
Financial information
ready for review.
Historical financial summaries cover FY2022–FY2024. The business financials and client records are available for private review with Robbie. Tiffany can coordinate access for you and your accountant alongside the equipment inventory and premises documents.
Review the reporting periods and accounting basis with Robbie so the figures can be considered alongside her working role, staffing and your own operating plans.
Download the buyer pack (PDF) for the sale package and handover information.
Client information is handled privately through the sale process; individual client details are not part of this public overview.
